Cory Clarke, the founder of the Shootflying Hill Sauce Company, has just about always loved to make sauces.

Cory started learning how to make desserts while standing on a chair to reach the kitchen counter. She has always valued the feeling of comfort and love that you can give to someone by preparing good food.

During Cory’s undergraduate and graduate school years, she studied engineering. From engineering, she “learned valuable research, presentation, and problem-solving skills.” But, “she yearned to create an entire product that she could taste, touch, and feel.”

And, that is exactly what Cory has done.

She realized she always loved desserts – especially ice cream sundaes. So, she decided to combine her ingenuity with her love of desserts to create a line of gourmet dessert sauces.



Shootflying Hill Sauce Company’s sauces are delicious, easy to prepare, and preservative-free. They are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients that you will easily recognize…. Shootflying Hill Sauce Company’s Milk Chocolate Lover’s Dessert Sauce appeals to people who enjoy a sweeter, milkier chocolate, while our Dark Chocolate Lover’s Dessert Sauce has a toasty flavor followed by a strong chocolate kick. The Salty Butterscotch Dessert Sauce has just the right amount of fleur de sel to balance the sweetness, and the Peace Bourbon Dessert Sauce makes a mean peach crisp and is excellent over roast pork.

Five percent of the net profits of Shootflying Hill Sauce Company are donated to charity. Among the charities that have received money are Amnesty International, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Doctors Without Borders, Dress for Success, and Heifer International.
